At Sharpyes, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Because our pieces are delicate and often handcrafted, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Unused and unworn: Items showing signs of wear or perfume scents will not be accepted.

Original Condition: Must include all original packaging, tags, luxury boxes, and the invoice.

2.The Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To protect both the customer and the brand against transit damage or missing items, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or exchange claims.

The video must be uninterrupted (no cuts or edits).

It must start before the outer courier package is opened.

It must clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the package to prove it hasn't been tampered with.

Any damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

Note: Without a valid unboxing video, we reserve the right to reject claims of damage or missing items as per insurance and safety protocols.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be issued only to the original online payment method used while placing the order.

No cash or alternate refunds will be provided.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No unboxing video is submitted

The product is not damaged or defective
